Terms & Conditions 1) General: You must be over sixteen (16) years old to place an order on this page. If you are under sixteen, you may use the site with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. 2) King Jigs Collectibles reserve the right to make changes to this page, the disclaimers and these ‘terms and conditions’ at any time and without notice. This also includes all content, product descriptions, pictures and pricing information. 3) Information Accuracy: King Jigs Collectibles attempts to ensure that information on the website is complete both accurate and complete. However due to manufacturing problems, Covid delays - product contents can unfortunately change. Thus despite this effort, the information on this website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We reserve the right, without prior notice to fix or amend incorrect information once we are aware of any changes. 4) All pricing you see on King Jigs Collectibles website, is the price that you will pay at checkout minus any discounts via our rewards system. King Jigs Collectibles is not responsible for incorrect pricing on any external websites, Instagram or Facebook advertising pages. 5) Afterpay: Please do not use Afterpay to purchase preorders that are expected to arrive any longer that 14 days - as it goes against Afterpay’s terms and conditions. You can however, purchase instant digital gift cards off King Jigs Collectibles and then purchase a preorder this way, as an alternative. 6) Shipping: Once payment is received and the product is in stock as indicated on the website, we will ship your order within one to two (1-2) business days. All orders will be shipped through the selection you’ve made on checkout. In the unlikely event we need to ship through another service, we reserve the right to do so and will inform you as soon as possible and as to the reason why this decision has been made. Express Postage carries is usually delivered within two working days providing you live in Metro Australia. All other regions may be 3 to 5 working days. King Jigs Collectibles hold no responsibility for delays or lost parcels from the courier. Express post comes with $100 of included insurance, however additional coverage such as signature on delivery and/or insurance is an additional cost and can be arranged after check out by contacting us. Note: Presale Items... Can only be purchased separately and can not be combined with other different Presale Items arriving at different dates (or non-presale items) in the same order - unless you’re happy to wait for all items to be shipped together when they are available. 7) Order Cancellation: For placed orders, you may request a refund if your goods have not been shipped. However we will hold onto 10% of the sale to cover any fees that we will be out of pocket for, such as Afterpay fees that we are not reimbursed. There may be exceptions to this term and condition on a case by case basis. Please contact us for further assistance. Otherwise, if the goods have been shipped and once received by you, return the unopened order in the same condition it was in when delivered to you. Once returned, you will be refunded the purchase cost, minus 10% fees and the shipping costs to ship the item/s to you. You will also be liable for all charges incurred in returning the order to us in a re sellable state before your money is refunded. 8) Returns: We guarantee that all our products are in excellent condition when we ship them to you. We take pride in maintaining our high standards in customer service. In the unlikely event you find otherwise, please contact us immediately. Please do not send any items back to us without a preauthorisation number. Please note this becomes invalid if you have the goods for more than 7 days. Also that refunds will not be refunded for “Change of Mind”. Returns, Shipping & Privacy Policy
